After completing her Bachelor of Food Technology degree Rachael started her food industry career with Heinz Watties working in technical and product development teams. Her career then saw her head overseas where she worked in product development, process engineering and compliance roles in both the US and UK. On returning to New Zealand she moved into food retailing where she led global quality and compliance teams for one of New Zealands largest retailers.
Rachael has a passion for looking at ways to use technology and online tools to streamline processes. She is a life long learner who is currently completing business papers at Massey University.
