Listeria Swabbing Video

MPI has released a Swabbing for Listeria video http://www.foodsafety.govt.nz/science-risk/programmes/hazard-risk-management/listeria.htm

The Swabbing for Listeria video has been developed to help Risk Management Programme/Food Control Plan operators create an environmental testing programme. The video provides instructions on how to collect environmental samples from processing areas for Listeria testing.
