New Zealand Food Safety has published amendments to the SSS Template Food Control Plan:
- Version 39-00005 of the Simply Safe & Suitable Template FCP (colour A5)
- and Food Notice: Food Service and Food Retail Business Food Control Plan templates issued under section 39
A new specialist card ‘Making Biltong’ has been added, and minor changes were made to some of the cards in the Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan, and the associated Food Notice.
If your business is registered under the Simply Safe & Suitable Template Food Control Plan, you need to start using the updated cards by 30 April 2026.
