His background spans food processing, manufacturing, and laboratory environments, giving him practical insight into heat treatment, CIP systems, packaging operations, in‑line food safety controls, and the application of hurdle technology to manage shelf life and product safety. With a solid grounding in microbiology and chemistry, he is experienced in testing, analysis, and interpreting results to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Emad has also contributed to product development and NPD, including trial work, scale‑up, process optimisation, and sensory and quality evaluation.
