Helen provides independent and practical food safety advice and training for a wide range of New Zealand food businesses and operations. She focuses on developing realistic and practical ways for clients to gain approval for their Food Safety Programmes/Food Control Plans and Risk Management Programmes from the Ministry for Primary Industries.
Over the past 20+ years Helen has also operated Food Linkz Ltd, providing independent and practical food safety consultancy and training assistance across a wide range of food businesses and operations throughout New Zealand.
Helen also provides food safety, quality system and training assistance to support exporters' food handling processes that are managed through other food safety systems. These include Regulated Control Schemes (RCS), NZGAP and GlobalGAP.
