

Ellen holds a BE (Hons) in Food Engineering from Massey University and has extensive
experience in manufacturing and ingredient import and supply.
She brings a strong background in launching new products in the FMCG sector and has
helped deliver hundreds of innovation projects locally in New Zealand and overseas. In
addition, she has valuable first-hand expertise in food safety and quality management
systems (FSANZ, BRCGS, Food Act) helping food businesses to understand and meet
regulatory requirements and improve food safety outcomes.
