Our managing director, Shane Hopgood, travelled to the Mekong Institute in Khon Kaen, Thailand again in March 2023, to deliver a 5 day training course on Good Hygienic Practices for Food Service Providers to 28 participants from the CLMV region. This was the sixth course that Shane has presented over the past 5 years. The current New Zealand Aid funded project is concluding in June 2023, and further proposals to extend it are underway.
